Bipolar junction transistor / Transistor Bipolaire

Hello all!

If we have a look to the article published in the Audiophile(N°29/1st serie), we see that all Kanéda amp described with different output power have the same quiescent current (500 mA). It seems that Kaneda use the output BJT in the area where the current gain is maximum(HFE ~ 80). Also, we see that the power dissipated is always arount 20 W. Does someone have the datasheet of the 2SD188 or 2SA637 ?
